Product Introduction

The ATS cabinet is equipped with a dual power switching device and an intelligent controller, supporting fast switching (adjustable) from 0.1 to 3 seconds. It has the function of automatic switching between mains power, generators, and main and backup power sources, and is mainly used in primary load scenarios such as hospitals, data centers, and airports

Example

Taking the front-end power distribution of UPS in data centers as an example, when the voltage of the main power supply (mains) drops sharply to 70% of the rated value, the ATS cabinet synchronous detection module determines that the power supply has failed and prioritizes the disconnection of the main power circuit breaker (0.05s response). After a 20ms delay confirmation, the backup power circuit breaker (diesel generator side) is closed, and the entire switching process does not interrupt the load power supply; The cabinet panel is equipped with a "main/standby/manual" three position knob, which allows operation and maintenance personnel to switch to manual bypass mode during maintenance. Mechanical interlocking ensures that the two power sources do not run in parallel.
