Industrial Distribution Electric Switching Cabinet

Adopting drawer-type (e.g. GCK) or fixed-separated structure, integrating frame circuit breakers, molded case circuit breakers, intelligent instrumentation and busbar system, with circuit protection (short-circuit breaking capacity of up to 50kA), power metering (accuracy of 0.5S level) and load monitoring functions, it is widely used in commercial buildings, industrial workshops and municipal projects.

The feeder cabinet is connected to the utility power through 800A frame circuit breaker, and distributed to each feeder cabinet through copper busbar, in which the lighting circuit is equipped with 16-63A miniature circuit breaker (with 30mA leakage protection), and the power circuit is equipped with D-type curvilinear molded case circuit breaker (adapted to the impact current of motor startup); the intelligent instrument inside the cabinet monitors the real-time three-phase voltage (accuracy ±0.5%), current and power factor, and sends overload warning to BA system through RS485 communication when the current of a certain circuit exceeds 1.1 times of the rated value. When the current of a circuit exceeds 1.1 times of the rated value, an overload warning will be sent to the BA system via RS485 communication, and the operation and maintenance personnel can quickly check the opening and closing status of the drawer unit through the observation window at the front of the cabinet (red/green indicator light).

The modular design supports independent replacement of a single drawer (completed within 3 minutes), and the metal interlock between the drawer and the cabinet ensures that the drawer cannot be unplugged in an energized state, thus guaranteeing operational safety.
