VFD electronic control cabinet equipment situation
VFD electric cabinet integrates frequency converter, input/output protection device and harmonic suppression device, adopts cabinet modular design, with accurate speed regulation (speed accuracy ±0.01%), energy saving and efficiency (average power saving rate 30%-50%) and motor protection function, the core application of fans, pumps, compressors and other fluid loads of variable speed control.
In the aeration system of wastewater treatment plant, PLC sends frequency command to VFD cabinet according to dissolved oxygen sensor data (e.g. setting 2mg/L), and the human-machine interface on the cabinet panel synchronously displays the real-time rotational speed (e.g. 1450rpm→980rpm) and running current (e.g. 45A→32A), and the built-in EMC filter effectively suppresses RF interference to avoid influencing the signal of peripheral instruments
The air duct inside the cabinet adopts the infusion design, with the axial fan to realize forced cooling to ensure that the inverter is still running at full load when the ambient temperature is 45℃, and the protection class IP55 meets the needs of humid and dusty industrial sites.
